The Details
Pop-Up Childcare Requires a Minimum of 4 Hours
The Wedding Nannies require a designated room away from your main event with access to toilets and diaper changing facilities (a separate room, barn, hotel room or marquee).
We have a strict signing in and out system for all of your guests, children and visitors, ensuring we know who is entering and exiting the childcare area at all times. At larger events we may also use wristbands.
It is therefore essential that venue staff are made aware not to enter the childcare area without informing our Nannies.
We always suggest to book for the minimum number of children if you are unsure on your RSVP's. This is to secure your date with ourselves, as our availability does change daily. We can then look to add additional children and Wedding Nannies once your RSVP's have been returned, providing there is availability for extra children and Nannies.
When a creche is 5+ hours, the team do require a supplier meal and non-alcoholic refreshments.

By tailoring each package, we ensure you receive the right level of care without paying for anything unnecessary. Our approach allows for clarity, fairness, and flexibility, giving families confidence that childcare arrangements are thoughtfully planned and appropriately priced.
